You can also subscribe to receive BEN e-News, our bi-monthly email newsletter, containing the latest news and what's coming up over the coming months. Make sure you select 'general news and information' when registering to be added to the mailing list.

Keep in touch with other BEN volunteers by joining the forum. Get to know the volunteers in your area and find who will be helping out at the next BEN event.
