Location: Midlands or Ascot area
Responsible to: Director of Fundraising & Communications
Hours:  TBA with Director of Fundraising & Communications.  Usually 1 day or 2 half days per week.

Are you:
Looking to utilise existing skills and volunteer in a professional environment.
Experienced in working in the charity/voluntary sector or office environment.
Organised and methodical.
Able to work alone & as part of a team.
Able to motivate yourself and use your own initiative.
Able to manage your own workload competently.

General Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist and liaise with Director of Fundraising & Communications.
Calendar management, securing appointments & arranging booking.
Manage small independent projects, agreed by Director of Fundraising and Communications.
General administration tasks.

Applicant requirements:
Organised and reliable individual.
Good, professional telephone manner.
Good written & oral communication skills, both in clarity and quality of English.
Ability to build a rapport with people of all ages and backgrounds.
Computer literate (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Good administration skills.
Committed to developing own knowledge and skills.
