John Boyle, Group Advertising Sales Manager for Scottish based Scots Auto Scene magazine and Autoscene UK is taking on the challenge of walking the West Highland Way. He plans to hike 96 miles over a five day period starting on the 4 April and reach the finishing line on Easter Sunday 8 April.
The West Highland Way begins at Milngavie, just outside Glasgow and takes you to the foot of BEN Nevis at Fort William. Knowing that this will be a tough but rewarding challenge John has pulled on his walking boots and over the last few months has stepped up his training in preparation for his marathon hike.
While on the walk John will be taking in the awe-inspiring Rannoch Moor with glimpses of Glencoe before heading to Loch Leven on to his final destination of Fort William.
