The National Clearance Centre (part of Foray Motor Group) has announced a major new initiative in support of automotive charity, BEN. They have set up a new scheme to collect, market and sell obsolete parts from dealers and other suppliers throughout the UK with a percentage of the proceeds being donated to BEN.
Foray's Parts Director, Howard Jenkins explained, "These are parts which have sat on the shelf, gathering dust and taking up space and which in most cases have long since been written off. This is an ideal opportunity for dealers to clear space in an environmentally responsible way and support their industry's charity - and of course, whilst, we are a Ford dealer group, this scheme's not just about Ford parts so we're inviting businesses from all franchises to get involved."
The National Clearance Centre will be happy to arrange collection from any location in the UK so anyone who would like to support the scheme only has to pick up the phone to do so - it really is as simple as that.
Dealers and other parts suppliers who would like to support this initiative and BEN should contact Gareth Taylor, National Clearance Centre Manager, on 07867 520268 or garetht@fmg-uk.com .
