Boot4BEN took place at Gaydon Heritage Centre on 8 May 2011.

The event was initially organised last year by BENergy Chairman Gary Stokes of Jaguar Land Rover and revived this year. Visitors came along and took part in the boot sale and the takings are still being counted!

Our BENergy members also arranged the loan of a brand new wedding marquee from Burgoyne's (Lyonshalls) Ltd. Everybody at BEN would like to thank BENergy for sacrificing their Sunday and working so hard for their industry charity.

Who are BENergy?

BENergy currently has six members from Peugeot-Citroen, Jaguar Land Rover, BEN and Honda and are hoping to welcome new members from BMW and Vauxhall very shortly. The group's aim is to raise awareness of BEN within their companies and the wider automotive industry. They also take part in fundraising activities such as Boot4BEN on a regular basis.

Becoming a BENergy member won't impact on your work; we have bi-weekly telephone conferences and occasional face to face meetings.
