Angela Walker, Director with Collection and Recoveries Europe Limited very kindly gave half a day this week to use her extensive knowledge and experience to build the skills of a number of staff from BEN's Marketing and Business Development departments.
Being able to talk to contacts to ascertain key information about company structures and discuss sensitive financial matters surrounding donations is essential for our teams, so Angela focused the training on building their confidence and knowledge to ensure they get a positive response and gather the right information. Feedback from attendees has been very positive.
