In September teams from Fiat, Toyota, Autologic and BEN set off to cycle the Tarka Trail in North Devon. Covering 32 miles of disused railway line the event was enjoyed by all those whom took part and helped to raise a few thousand pounds for BEN in the process.
Although the weather remained reasonable for most of the ride, the last 5 miles were a challenge when the gale force winds and driving rain tested the resilience of the all cyclists.
Autologic very kindly sponsored an evening meal for all the participants in a local pub and it wasn't long before any aches and pains disappeared! The evening was completed with a quiz which also raised money for BEN.
Mark Hindley, Autologic`s Commercial Director who completed the event said, "'This was a very enjoyable way to raise funds for our industry charity, BEN. I'm looking forward to doing something similar next year."
