The Fun Run, which was organised to raise money for the Toyota supported charity BEN, took place on Thursday 25th June.

The challenge was a 5k run, which started at the Toyota offices, up to the Epsom Downs, through Tattenham and back down the hill to the offices.

It was a hot, humid evening when participants lined up on the level crossing and at 6:15 everyone set off. Marshals were set up at various stations throughout the route, giving directions as well as much needed encouragement!

Prizes were awarded to the ‘Fastest Male' and ‘Fastest Female'. The overall winner of the race was Mark Benton, who managed to run the course in a very impressive 19 minutes, 33 seconds! The fastest lady was Claire DeCaen who ran it in 25 minutes - one minute less than her personal best!

Both winners were awarded with a £25 voucher of their choice.

All participants made it round the course and back to Toyota for some well deserved refreshments!

The race raised a fantastic £500 for BEN - so a great effort by all!
