There were amazing scenes at BEN's residential centre in Southport on Sunday 5 April as the Southport Cruisers descended on Alexandra House to deliver Easter eggs to the delighted residents.

A huge convoy of bikers from the club did a circuit of the town before arriving at Alexandra House with the eggs. They had also held a collection on the day and handed Alexandra House manager Neil Reardon £130 in cash.
Derrick Moss, Chairman of the Southport Cruisers said,
"It is wonderful for all our club members to be able to bring a small ray of sunlight into the lives of the Alexandra House residents. The Easter egg run is always a very rewarding event for our members and we hope we've given the residents a day to remember. We are delighted to be able to support BEN with this unique event and hope to do more to help them in the future."
Charles Davis, Fundraising and Communications Director for BEN said,
"We are very impressed with the lengths the Southport Cruisers have gone to to support BEN. Events such as this one spread cheer to our residents and staff and we hope it will encourage other groups to get involved in helping BEN."
