BEN's new website is due to launch this autumn with a fresh design and many new features. Digital agency, iChameleon, has been appointed to undertake the redesign and redevelopment project due to their extensive experience in building accessible websites for the charity sector. The new BEN website promises to provide a much more user-friendly online experience and is an essential component in the charity's new media strategy.
Along with the updated design, new features will include: events booking, streamlined donation tool, blogs, new shop, media centre, forum, e-newsletter sign up and much more. Each of BEN's five care centres will also be launching their own microsite to showcase their services.
Charles Davis, Director of Fundraising and Communications at BEN, said:
"We are extremely excited to be launching the new website later this autumn. This major redevelopment will allow us to better exploit the online channel and maximise its potential. Together with the new design, added functionality and updated content, the new site will help to raise awareness of the work we do, make it much easier for people to request our services and also generate income for BEN."
