During June, Marshall's Newbury promoted the launch of the Peugeot 308 cc and raised a few bob for BEN at the same time. They took the stylish convertible to Sandford Springs Golf Club during their Gala Week, and ran a ‘Win this Car for the Weekend competition'.
Paul Cape, Marshall's Sales Manager, commented "This was a prime opportunity for us to promote the 308 cc to a new target audience and gain some quality leads via the raffle entrants at the Golf Club. We felt that raising funds for BEN at the same time was a very easy thing to do and we received a warm response from all the golfers, as we were raising funds for charity". A huge thank you to Paul Cape and Malcolm Pigg at Marshalls Newbury for coming up with the idea, which raised BEN an impressive £225.00 and to Andrew Wild, the Golf Club Manager for allowing them to do it.
