Five staff from Citygate Volkswagen will be taking on the Three Peaks Challenge on 10 October 2009 to raise money for BEN.

Simon Bennett, Simon Poole, Wayne Miller, Ben Stinton and Leon Woodham will climb the three highest mountains in the UK. They must climb Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon in 24 hours to complete the challenge.

Speaking of their fundraising event, Simon Poole said;
"We have all been in the motor industry for a number of years and are aware of the wonderful support that BEN offers to people associated with the industry. With the effect of the shrinking economy on BEN in mind, we decided to task ourselves with raising as much money as possible. We chose the three peaks challenge as only a significant feat would make the large amount we wanted to donate to BEN."
