RCI Financial Services Ltd, trading as Renault Finance and Nissan Finance, has recently contributed to BEN as a result of introducing their service level agreement, the 'Dealer Commitment'.

They offer a commitment to the Renault and Nissan dealer network that failure to achieve a level of service for each finance proposal and contract processed will result in a contribution being made to BEN. For the period May to September, RCI Financial Services have contributed £5700.

Steve Gowler, Managing Director of RCI Financial Services, commented 'Whilst our aim is to offer the highest level of service to our dealers, our contribution to BEN acts as a consolation that when we don't meet our commitment, we are making a donation to a worthy cause. We believe our dealers feel the same way.'
