As you will probably have heard by now the Town Thorns Fete has sadly had to be cancelled due to water logged grounds, which is extremely disappointing for all concerned. We all know how much hard work and time is involved in putting on our Fete's and especially the help and organisation of the staff, volunteers and Friends groups at each care centre. Naturally the cancellation of the Fete will also result in reduced funds during this financial year.
Therefore our Head of Business Development, Peter Cottle, has decided to set a challenge to help Town Thorn Care Centre in a very small way, to try and raise a few pounds of sponsorship by cycling to and from his house (approx. 70 miles) to a BEN meeting being held at the care centre on the 27 September.
