The Institute of Fundraising has added a new ‘Platinum' level of Quality Mark to its Payroll Giving Quality Mark Awards. This is to recognise the very best employers who are promoting Payroll Giving to their staff. BEN is delighted to announce that ACF Car Finance, who had recently received the Gold Quality Mark, have been added to the small elite of UK organisations who have earned a Platinum award because they continually strived to increase donations to UK Charities through Payroll Giving.

The new Platinum level Quality Mark has been recently introduced to mark the 25th anniversary of the tax-effective method of giving direct from a salary and is held by 30 companies throughout the UK.

ACF Car Finance Marketing manager Jan Whittle commented "Staff responded very enthusiastically from the outset to the idea of donating from their salaries, and the scheme complements our other fundraising work for BEN and local charities. Receiving the platinum award is a fantastic honour, and it's great to know everyone's efforts are acknowledged and supported in this way."
