Below you will find a description of the range of care that we offer. If you are unsure about the level or type of care that is needed, please get in touch and we'll be happy to talk to you about this in more detail.

residential care

We provide residential care for up to 45 people. This type of care is suited to those who want to maintain a certain level of independence but still need some help with their day-to-day living. Our professional carers are on hand to provide assistance 24 hours of the day, and this tailored to the level of social care required.

nursing care

We provide nursing care for up to 30 residents (in addition to our residential spaces). Nursing is suitable for those people who need care for a medical condition and is provided by fully qualified nurses, 24 hours a day.

elderly mentally infirm care (EMI)

EMI care is for elderly people who have been assessed as mentally infirm. We have a specialist EMI unit, Treetops, which caters for all dementia related illnesses with specially adapted facilities and fully qualified staff.

sheltered housing

We have a number of flats available to rent or part-buy on our grounds. Residents in our sheltered housing benefit from access to all the facilities at Lynwood, as well as a 24 hour call alert system should they require assistance.
