Performance Related Giving

The PRG initiative is a scheme by which an organisation makes a commitment to contribute to BEN, based on its performance, measured by a formula linked to either a unit of production, economic performance or turnover. Many companies favour PRG as if the organisation does well BEN receives an extra boost and if times are a little leaner then you aren't committed to a level you can't afford.

The scheme has been running since 1993 and more than 1,200 businesses have signed up with the number continuing to grow.
