BENtrade is the trading company affiliated with BEN. For the purpose of this document BEN and BENtrade are interchangeable and all details of the policy regarding data collection, storage and distribution apply to both.

BEN collects the following information regarding visitors to our website: IP address, information regarding what pages are accessed and information volunteered by you, such as survey information, email address and your preferred means of communication. When you are using our secure online donation pages, or online BEN shop, you are going through to a partner company and the information you give such as your credit card number and contact information is provided so that the transaction can take place. If you indicated that you are interested in receiving regular information about BEN's work we will send you communications regarding our work and activities, either electronically or otherwise. BEN does not sell or rent user information to anyone. From time to time, we agree to promote likeminded organisations to our supporters, for the mutual benefit of both.
The accuracy of your individual identifying information is important to BEN. If you have registered as a user on our website you can update your information online.
