Take to the skies...

We are looking for thrill seekers who want the ultimate dare devil activity - skydiving for BEN. Raise the minimum amount of sponsorship and you can jump for FREE! You can jump whenever and wherever you want (well nearly anyway!) as there are centres across the country running all year round. There are three different jumps to choose from. You can go for the tandem skydive, where you will be strapped to an experienced instructor and jump from at least 10,000 feet, freefalling from 5,000 feet at 120mph. If that's a bit high, then a static line jump is for you. You can jump from 3,000 feet attached to a line that automatically opens your parachute. The true thrill seekers out there can sign up for the accelerated freefall - jumping solo from the heady heights of 10,000 feet, and also taking the first part of a professional skydivers' course. Take to the open road...

Or you can embark on the ultimate driving challenge – by taking part in BEN’s very own Mille Miglia Rally. You will travel over 2,300 miles from England to Italy and back, and will visit some of Italy’s most famous towns and cities. This 10-day challenge will lead you and the team to a host of checkpoints along the route, visiting some of the most spectacular sights along the way, to complete this challenge. It isn't restricted to cars, so if you fancy tackling the challenge on a motorbike, dust cart or ice cream van we can cater for you. You must raise the minimum sponsorship of £4,000 per car or van (two people) or £2,500 per motorbike (one person). This includes return crossings from Dover to Calais, all accommodation, breakfast and evening meals, all non-alcoholic drinks and refreshments on driving days. You will also be accompanied by support vehicles, mechanics and a first aider. Take the challenge and enjoy the experience of a lifetime!

Get yourself sponsored and enter an event such as running, cycling or swimming - the choice is yours! BEN also has limited guaranteed places for running events such as the Flora London Marathon, and Great North or South Run.
