Position:

Regional Development Assistant

Location:

BEN Head Office, Sunninghill, Ascot

Responsible to:

Regional Development Managers

A volunteer is needed to support BEN’s Regional Development Team with setting up appointments, conducting research and providing tele-support.

Field of work:

  • Tele-support.
  • General office administration.
  • Research.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Make appointments for Regional Development Managers.
  • Research prospect supporters through the internet from a list and prospect files provided by Regional Development Managers.
  • Liaise with automotive companies and help develop relationships.
Applicant requirements:
  • Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
  • Good IT skills – Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • To be business-like and able to use initiative at all times.
  • This role may be more suitable for a mature individual.

Working Hours:
 
At least one full day or two half days a week (Monday – Friday office hours).

  • Annual Training Day.
  • External training opportunities.
Reimbursement of Expenses:
  • Travel expenses to and from work.
  • Any other expenses agreed.
