Position:
North West Development Assistant
Location:
BEN North West Office, Manchester
Responsible to:
Regional Development Manager
A volunteer is needed to support BEN’s Regional Development Manager in the North West with telephone support, office administration and events research.
Field of work:
- Tele-support.
- Events Research.
- General office administration.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the Regional Development Manager with Payroll administration and credit control.
- Research the feasibility of a North West Charity Ball and a Regional Ladies Luncheon.
- Additional projects could potentially be developed.
Applicant requirements:
- Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
- Basic IT skills – Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet.
- Good organisational skills.
- To be business-like and able to use initiative at all times.
- This role may be more suitable for a mature individual.

Working Hours:
At least one full day or two half days a week (Monday – Friday office hours).

Reimbursement of Expenses:
- Travel expenses to and from work.
- Any other expenses agreed.
