As a national charity, BEN strives to maintain and increase its level of income and has a duty to ensure this income is used wisely and efficiently. BEN employs a dedicated team of fundraisers, communications and marketing professionals, events co-ordinators and administrators to manage this task.
However this only covers one aspect of BEN's work. Having looked at the rest of the website you will be aware that BEN operates a vast network of care and welfare operations, which requires a variety of skilled professionals and support staff. Our welfare team consists of ten professionally trained officers, who are supported by a team of admin staff and volunteers. In our centres we have trained care professionals including matrons, RGNs, physiotherapists and carers, who work alongside maintenance, catering and housekeeping staff.
With such a varied range of job opportunities within BEN we believe there is an occupation to suit the skills of almost any individual.
