Schools out for summer...but not for BEN

BEN turns 107 on the 19 July and this year we are planning on celebrating National BEN Week (16-22 July) with the NEW theme of ‘Back 2 School' and we would like you all to join us with our celebrations.

With the exciting new theme we hope that everyone will, as they have in previous years, join in and help raise money for BEN. In past years imaginations have run wild and we have seen some wacky and wonderful ideas - we hope that this year will be no different!

It's the taking part that counts

Taking part can be as simple as you like - the only rules for this school are that you have fun supporting your industry charity and encourage all of your ‘classmates' to get involved.

We have created a promotional materials pack that contains everything you will need to get your events started.

£107 for 107 years

This year we are hoping that everyone will attempt to raise £107.

£107 could enable BEN to:

• Pay for a child's school uniform

• Buy new bedding for someone who has been homeless

• Put a family up for the night while visiting Dad or Mum in hospital

• Help pay the bills for someone newly widowed

• Buy food for a family in severe hardship for a week
