This form of therapy is for residents with higher or more complex needs. It involves one-to-one touch massage from our trained therapists and takes place in our sensory room.

We have our very own hair salon and are visited by a hairdresser twice a week, for those residents who enjoy a spot of pampering.

Every other week our residents can partake in a beauty day, allowing them to enjoy a massage, Indian head massage, facials, manicures, pedicures and eyebrow shaping.

Our chapel holds multi-faith services every other Wednesday afternoon and is also available for christenings and funerals.

We can arrange for domiciliary visits by a dentist of your choice.

We can arrange for domiciliary visits by an optician of your choice.

A chiropodist visits Alexandra House every six weeks.
