Tim Holmes is a long standing supporter of BEN. Attendance at various BEN events was followed by a visit to Lynwood Care Centre and in Tim's own words "once I saw the outstanding difference that BEN makes to people's lives I was hooked".

An Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB) and a Fellow of the Institute of the Motor Industry (FIMI), Tim has enjoyed a long career within the automotive leasing and finance industry from leaving school, rising to Managing Director and heading up HSBC's vehicle financing and leasing businesses in the UK.

Non-executive appointments included directorships with the FLA, BVRLA and Motability. In 2006, he was appointed a Director of Deltapoint Associates Ltd, a business specialising in the delivery of automotive data analysis solutions. He is also currently Chair of BMA Audit Committee.

Tim was appointed a BEN Trustee in 1997. He is also Deputy President and a past Chairman of the Board and Chair of the BEN Pension Fund.
