With more than 20 years experience in all aspects of Human Resources across the not-for-profit, private and public sectors with market leading organisations, Sara has been heavily involved in developing BEN's people function since joining in 2002 and managing the human resources, payroll, pensions and health and safety activities.

In 2006 Sara was promoted to her current role as BEN's Director, People, taking responsibility for the strategic direction of BEN's Human Resources function.

As part of the Executive Management Team, Sara contributes to the planning and implementation of BEN's business strategy. She also assists with Company Secretarial matters and is Secretary to the Trustees of the (closed) Final Salary Pension Scheme.

Sara balances her working life with spending time with her large extended family, which includes her two cats! She feels blessed to have the support of her husband and two grown up sons of whom she is extremely proud. Her other interests include walking, gardening and travel.
