She has many years experience of finance at a number of large UK companies, including recently Paradigm Housing Group, a registered social landlord, and CfBT Education Trust, an education consultancy and service organisation in the third sector. Beata's accounting and commercial skills were honed in her senior finance appointments at Royal Automobile Club Motor Sports Association, the governing body of motor sports in the United Kingdom and particularly as the FD of its commercial arm, International Motor Sports, the leading motor sports events organiser.
