As part of last year's graduate induction, eight graduates from different departments of PSA Peugeot Citroën were set the task of building a shelter at BEN's residential care centre Town Thorns.
The task involved seeking donations from local businesses in order to construct the shelter for the lowest price possible. For many the thought of manual labour was an imtimidating one: the use of a spade to a few was new, let alone use of a tractor and cement mixer!
