Graeme Potts graduated with a B.A. degree in Economics. Prior to joining the Eden Group as Managing Director in 2008, he held a number of senior positions in the automotive industry.

In 1983 after four years with Marks & Spencer Graeme joined Reg Vardy PLC as General Manager & CEO and remained there until 1999 when he moved to RAC Motoring Services as the Group Managing Director.

In 2002 until 2006, Graeme joined Inchcape PLC where he was the Managing Director for the UK, Europe and Latin America before he left to establish the Eden Group.
